Q. What are some of the things you will do to get my property sold?
A. Here is a list of common marketing strategies that we use. This is not necessarily a complete list and we can explain these items more thoroughly when you meet with us.

Q. Does it really matter which agent I list my property with?
A. Yes! Different agents offer different level of experience, service, and marketing plans for your property. We are agents who will be “working” for you to get your property sold! This means providing service beyond just inputting the listing into the MLS.

Q. Do you accept every listing that is offered?
A. No. If in our professional opinion the price is not realistic for the market or for an appropriate timeline, we have been known to refuse the listing. We do not want to waste anyone’s time with an “Overpriced Turkey.”

Q. If I want to talk to you about what my property may sell for, what do I do?
A. Contact us and we can set up an appointment to preview your property and prepare a custom comparative market analysis for you. This report compares your property to similar properties that have recently sold and are currently listed. This will provide you with a comprehensive report on the comparable properties, days on the market, listed vs. sold price, and what you may expect your property to sell for.
